I agree with the other person who posted worst customer service ever!! Sandy will not call you back or email and just acts like you're bothering her when you go into the dealership. Save your money and the hassle. Deal with anybody but Paradise Spa.
Worst company I have ever dealt with. They will surely take your money but then you are on your own. We have tried for over 2 years to get the pool fixed and working right after install. They won’t answer your call, email or anything. Customer service is non existent Good luck to you if you ever buy a pool from these people.
