Worst salon ever. Never going back. Lied to me supposed to be a keratin treatment and wasnit.

All our customers have a file, as far as I'm concerned we aren't the liars in this situation. You won't provide a number, you said you contacted hanin but didn't. I offered you many solutions that won't accept. We do about 3-5 karetin treatments a day and are all keratin complex trained. If anything, we are one of the cleaniest salons that keeps the integrity of each clients hair in mind at all time.
