Ordered a German Chocolate brownie desert but ended up tossing it: rubbery icing and bone dry cake. It tasted about a week old. Really disappointing given how tasty it looked.
I went in to get a soup and a sandwich to go. The soup I wanted was unavailable. I was greeted with a smile and handed a bag which I thought was my order. After getting home I found the sandwich was not in the bag and my soup was wrong. I paid 22$ for the wrong thing and only got half? They called my name but I guess I should of checked before leaving.
This is such an awful location. I’ve never had such horrible service. Like the reviews said plan on 40-60 minutes to get your food. They’re always out of stock of things but when I went inside they were in stock. Hmm interesting, somehow they’re always out of stuff but they’re never busy so there’s no way they’re out of stock. Looks like management needs to change and the owner needs to watch this location closely. Not to mention how expensive the food is for such horrible quality.
The staff was friendly and very helpful answering all my questions. The food came out exactly how I ordered!
