Kneaders has really gone downhill. The food is horrible and they are always out of everything.
I recently visited Kneaders for the first time and was disappointed with the service we received from April. When I politely asked about the soups of the day, she responded with a dismissive hand motion as if I should have known already, which felt unnecessary. Later, my friend asked if he could order a turkey croissant. April’s response — “Really? A croissant?” — came off condescending. Came right at opening and they were ready for us. Great food!
Seriously my day was made by Leah. She was so enthusiastic when taking our order and when we got to the window she was above and beyond! She was asking about our day and was so helpful when we had questions. Absolutely loved her and her sunshine personality, will definitely be coming back!! Give her a shoutout!!
Jacob made our visit very enjoyable. He was helpful, friendly and informative.
