The team from Paradigm Wound Specialists have been amazing. Heather and Tracy have been coming to my home to help with my wound for several weeks now. I would like to see that Shannon and Kaylee have been very accommodating to my needs in my unique situation being displaced from my home and working on getting into another they have cared for me in any way I needed from my wound care and I've had 72 surgeries and close to 7 years in the hospital with a large amount of Home Health Care in the last 32 years and I've had very many providers. Having nurses "visit" people in assisted living facilities to get business is not a good look.
Paradigm Wound Care is outstanding! The care they provide is truly exceptional. The entire team is always warm, friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and consistently on time. Their professionalism and genuine compassion make such a difference. I am beyond grateful for their excellent care and highly recommend them to anyone needing wound care services. Tracy and Heather were always absolutely great at their job.
This company is one of a kind. The staff are amazing and make sure your wounds get the best care possible. I've had a few different providers all serve me and they all are very professional but personable people.
