This will be my first time using this model, in the past I have used the higher-end model which looks very similar. The bike is extremely simple to put together and very well made, i.e., sturdy. 2.0 out of 5 stars Complete lack of service after warrantee year - then, a THROW AWAY! My 4000 needs service, but upon calling Exerpeutic find out there is no service, no parts, no service-related information, no knowledge of independent repair. They actually agreed on the phone to just "throw it away". Wow. Be sure and buy one when ON SALE!

5.0 out of 5 stars 10 years old and still great I just realized my bike was bought in 2014, that's 10 years old now! I figured it's time to write a review. It's still quiet, still awesome, and I love it. It's hard to find things that last nowadays and I'm super impressed with this. It's been well used over the years. The seat is comfy, and looks nice still!

5.0 out of 5 stars Amazing machine especially for the price Great looking machine. VERY quiet to operate. It’s exactly what I needed for basic biking and cardio for a senior who thinks of himself as a Grand Canyon hiker (annually that is). It couldn’t be quieter! Also I don’t recall more clear assembly instructions or easier setup! I’ve had it 10 days and couldn’t be more pleased. I’ll provide an update down the road.

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent I’ve had the bike since last Christmas & ride every day for the 1&1/2 hour timer on it. It was easy to put together & is sturdy. Easy for me to get on from the back, I have 2 hip & 1 knee replacement & is easy to ride. Can’t say enough good things about it. Folds up & can b rolled away. I hope they still make them.

5.0 out of 5 stars Unbelievable I didn’t have high expectations for this bike because I couldn’t afford a lot this one was a great price so I tried it WOW I WAS WRONG IT IS AMAZING IT DOES EVERYTHING THE EXPENSIVE BIKES CAN DO AMAZING JUST AMAZING. I WILL SAY I COULD PUT IT TOGETHER BUT MY STEP DAD DID TOOK HIM ONLY 2 HOURS. WELL WORTH THE PRICE

2.0 out of 5 stars Terrible customer service Had clicking noises (sometimes squeaking)on their discontinued ??1200 series bike, that are very annoying, and they will not help me. Told them from the beginning, and they did practically nothing Helpful & made pretty ridiculous Suggestions. Last months they just ignore me completely and warranty ending. Even had 2 relatives purchase from them and now I feel like I’m gonna let them down in the near future. Without these noises and customer service, it would’ve been five stars.
