1.0 out of 5 stars Bad quality Purchased this in May and it broke in less than 2 months and I have not used it excessively. I had one of these years ago and it lasted for a long time. I had to get rid of the original bike and when I replaced it, the newer version started having issues with noise coming from the fly wheel. I decided to bite the bullet and just get a third bike and that's the one that broke in less than two months. Seems like they have really deteriorated in quality. Do yourself a favor and get a different bik... read more
4.0 out of 5 stars Okay for what it is. Seems durable enough and has a workable footprint. Let's you cycle when you don't feel like going out.
1.0 out of 5 stars Shoddy product, terrible customer service The media could not be loaded. I used this bike for 60 minutes per day, 5-6 days per week. After 9-10 months of usage, a loud, extremely distracting screeching sound and knocking began emanating from within the base of the bike with each rotation of the pedals. I emailed the customer service address of the parent company (Paradigm Health & Wellness) and received no response for five days. I emailed again and received a brief response with links to two videos showin... read more
1.0 out of 5 stars Proceed with Caution The plastic foot straps will break-search "strap" in the reviews for corroboration. Contacted the seller, who directed me to a website offering replacement parts. Forty-seven dollars seemed excessive for two small pieces of plastic, but at least I would be getting authentic factory replacement parts. Received the replacement straps--they did not match the stock straps; they did not match one another. Unconscionable.
5.0 out of 5 stars Very comfortable One of the few bikes I’ve been on, stationary or nor, that has a very comfortable seat. Therefore, you can go for long periods of time. It’s quiet, has many levels of resistance, and was a snap to put together. Cheaper than a regular (good) bike and when combined with a virtual reality headset and an app, you can explore the world on it!! Exercise at its best!
5.0 out of 5 stars Nice and quiet It is easy to put together and is quiet when riding.
5.0 out of 5 stars Great Exercise Bike! I have owned this bike for three years, and it still works great! It was easy to put together, and easily folds to store. It's very solid, and I exercise ten to thirty minutes on it three to five days a week. It's very quiet and pedals smoothly. The seat is comfortable and adjust to my 6'4" frame. I saw that a reviewer stated the bike is heavy. It is heavy and very solid; it also has wheels so that you can roll it around. Overall it's a great investment for staying healthy.
1.0 out of 5 stars Broke within first month Within the first month of having the bike, the center piece that displays the clock & exercise stats broke off of the bike. Paid for assembly as well, so had nothing to do with assembling incorrectly on my end. Pretty frustrating.
5.0 out of 5 stars Bought over two years ago Have been using this bike over two years. The durability is amazing for the price. The seat is very comfortable and resistance is good. Bike is light enough to move around the house easily. The only thing wrong is the grips on the handle bar have ripped a little but no big deal. Would still give it 5 stars.
