I'm used to a clapped out old bike that I had to wear hearing protection while riding in order to hear myself think, so this was an overdue change of pace! You can watch TV at the same decibal level as when not exercising and hear just fine. The adjustment on tension is effortless to change too. Highly recommend, a big bang for your buck!
