5.0 out of 5 stars Love it Easy to assemble, quiet, comfortable. I've gone about 70 miles, it's great. A little awkward to climb off and on. I have long legs and was able to adjust height to fit. Wish the screen had a light. Fantastic way to excercise while watching TV. Wondering how accurate pulse is, mine seems low for being an old lady.

1.0 out of 5 stars Service help is non existent I called the number that is in the manual and online but all I got was sales pitch for all different items including health care and now I am receiving robocalls. I sent an email to the company that was written in the manual and online requesting help on ordering replacement pedals but never received a reply. 1.0 out of 5 stars Do not buy I bought this in March 2023, but had to work away from home so assembled it in May and started using. The bike worked well for 6 months and then it started making noise, felt like something getting rubbed against something. I tried fixing it but was not successful. Then, finally I contacted customer service in Dec. and they denied replacing it saying its already was over 8 months. I do not recommend this bike.

5.0 out of 5 stars The best comfortable stationary bike This is a very quiet, sturdy and comfortable stationary bike. It also can be folded to put away. I love it! I couldn’t do my walking because of foot issue, so I decided to do biking. It’s perfect, I do 45min, 7miles, at least 5 days a week. I’m so glad I can continue staying fit, and prob in better shape with this great bike. I recommend this to anyone who wants to stay fit, keep weight in check and feel great!

3.0 out of 5 stars Broke after 1.5 years Band that causes tension broke after 1.5 years. Got this on discount so got another one on discount. If it’s under 100 it’s worth it. Used it everyday for an hour on highest tension. So it did work a bit

2.0 out of 5 stars Sturdy bike but screen issues The bike is nice and sturdy. For the price it was worth the money. However the screen quit working the second day and after replacing several batteries, it will turn on but is super light and hard to read.

They work perfectly, are comfortable to use, the tensioning mechanism is smooth and quiet, and the design makes them easy to fold up and move using the cleverly-placed rollers.
