I paid for propane FOUR WEEKS ago and I have yet to receive propane. I call everyday and they say it is on the delivery schedule for that day and It never comes. Customer service is awful. This is the second time the company has done this to me. They came once and didn’t try to come up the driveway and pulled away.

this company is terrible. I called on Saturday to tell them we were out of gas and we needed emergency service. The woman who answered assured me we were scheduled for service on Monday morning. I told her that the guy who had filled our tank in November told me we were on auto refill and how did we run out? She told me we weren't on auto refill, but she would set it up. Terrible company. No customer service. Extra charge for propane delivery when it was their fault- $300 plus propane charge. They should be shut down. I cannot find a single positive review on any site. How can a company stay open? Without propane 3+ days and cannot resolve without paying extra money. Horrible dishonest.

This company is the WORST company I have ever dealt with. They sent someone so I could show them where I wanted the tanks and he said it would be about 2 weeks. I called several times and was always given a date that someone would come. They gave me the run around for 3 months to install tanks. I would not recommend this company to no one. I contacted a different company and they came in 6 days and set up tanks and fill.

Customer service stinks now that AmeriGas bought out Empire Gas! I could call and receive a delivery within 3 days before and now I have to wait at least 2 weeks. I am about out of gas and even after 6 phone calls and promises of a delivery...nothing!!! I placed an online order on 1/28/2021, was told it would arrive by 2/10/2021 and it is now 2/15/2021 and still nothing.

Out of gas again. I am an Amerigas auto delivery customer (for now). This is the second time within a month that they did not show up and I am now out of gas again. I called Saturday afternoon and they told my wife there are no trucks available until Monday or Tuesday. I called them back and told them we have young children in the house. We need a delivery today. They said they would be out today to do an emergency delivery. They never showed up. It is now Sunday, still waiting, still cold. This company allowed my 84 year old grandmother to run out of propane with temperatures in the single digits. We call because she has NO HEAT, NO HOT WATER and the representative said they would send someone out ASAP. Needless to say, no one came. We sat on the emergency line last night for over an hour and no one picked up. We will be changing companies after this. Furious is an understatement.

Horrible company to work with, call center people are completely clueless, can't tell you anything. Placed our order 15 days ago, still no delivery and they can't say when someone will come. They have no contact with our local branches delivery people. We've been out for 7 days, living on electric heaters and no hot water. Oh and to get them to take the tank away is over $300 ,,, they think,,, not sure,,, only the person that removes it can actually tell you.
