Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve been on a 24 hour emergency list for almost 2 weeks. I call every day and I’m told “ you’re next in line” or “ I don’t know why you were missed but someone will be there today”. Do not use this company.

I wouldn’t even put one star! Here’s my list that I made for myself for all the crap they have pulled. DO not use them and if you are, switch!!! requested a 100 gallon delivery 3 weeks ago. Your company skipped us once, which we can understand if someone else was in more dire need....however Then, your company had “technical difficulties” and said they delivered 25 gallons. Ordered propane on Feb 4. They took my money that day and we have yet to get any propane and we have now been out for 6 days. No hot water, heat or a stove to cook. Numerous calls have not helped at all. Now we request a refund and they tell us it will be 7 business days to get a refund but based on other reviews I am afraid that may not even happen.

Ordered refill for our 120 gallon tank online on 2/1/21 with 50% capacity left. Our timeframe was 2/2-2/15. No delivery as end of February 2021. Kept calling and checking numerous times and got the same excuse over and over that the delay was because of the the bad weather, snow/ice. The weather was not bad at least 2 weeks before the ice and snow that hit Tennessee! So the weather was not the reason. Almost out of propane and can’t get anyone to deliver. They don’t respond to emails, calls or mail. They overcharged me by $1.75 per gallon on my last fill. I paid that bill in full at my locked in rate per gallon and have since spent 20 hours attempting to rectify the remaining over billing. I received an email which zeroed out the overcharge; however, Amerigas failed to zero it out on my online account where they are now saying it’s over 60 days delinquent and are charging me late fees! Horrible customer service, not able to get a person on the phone. I switched to another company who will take action with AmeriGas to get their 5 tanks removed from my property!!! I have never had such terrible customer service.

Worst company ever! Propane delivery ordered 2/5/21. Called was at 15% when I called company on 2/24/21 and was told orders take 10 to 14 days to be delivered. When I pointed out it had been 19 days was told propane would be delivered in 24 to 48 hours. Propane never delivered and ran out of propane on Sunday 2/28/21. Called to let them know I was out and to have delivery by 9am 3/1/21. Called again at 1215 pm and was told orders were sent to coordinates. I ordered gas January 27th, and it still hasn't arrived. When I get on the website, it says that it will be delivered today, and when I call they say it's out for delivery. It's been almost 2 months. We had to go through 2 ice storms without heat, even calling their emergency number. They gave us the run around, saying they only had 1 driver to deliver.

Amerigas is the worst propane company in the USA. They have constantly screwed up my deliveries each winter. I have had to close my store on occasion because they never showed up in their ********time frame of 10-14 days. That is unacceptable for any business. I AM DONE AND I'LL SPREAD THE WORD EVERYWHERE. DO NOT USE AMERIGAS THEY ARE IMCOMPETENT. TONY
