The staff was super friendly. The lady who hooked me up ,did an AMAZING job with that needle. I truly never felt it .. This was the fastest I have ever been here. 45 minutes... equal $145.00 I love this place
I didn’t get to donate because of my heart problems but heather is a hoot. She made the experience good even though I got permanently differed but it’s okay, I’d rather be safe than sorry. She made the experience quite fun for the time I was there :)

hello wanted to say for the most part it's a pleasant experience. Michelle that draws your plasma is a true gift to the bunniess she caring ,can't even feel her stick u or unstick u remarkably talented. Thank you Michelle i take back this review Michelle reported me for removing my blood pressure cuff after 5 minutes waiting for someone to remove me from machine after completing dononation poor customer service considering never returning
