I wish I could give this place a zero. We were not donating for money just to help people. From the time we walked in they were rude to my wife and I. The staff cursed, made rude comments I will never suggest anyone to go there. They were nasty, and very unprofessional.
While the staff is amazing, the assistant manager lacks personality and approachability. She always looks angry. I have heard her speak unkindly to her staff and I find this terribly unprofessional. They should consider the turnover rate at the facility as this being the possible reason.
