Darin Rigby makes it easy for me. I grew up doing a lot of repairs myself, because my thoughts have historically been dealerships had such high markup and low quality service. I’ve had Darin as a service advisor for over 6 years and he makes it easy. Routine oil change. Great people, but seems they are always asking me to spend more than what my schedule Maintenance appt. some call it “upcharging or up selling “. Ex: bought tires and had them rotated. The only people working on those lug nuts have been Toyota technicians. Yet, per Patrick suggested to put new lug nuts on- at an additional $50.00. C’mon guys, I’m retired...
