I purchased a new truck from Pappas, and Sam was just incredible to work with. He made my entire fun and stress free, and really worked to get the price down to fit in my budget. I also had some assistance from Tank, and from Steve in financing, and they were just spectacular. Since my truck is brand new, I'm hoping not to replace it for many years, however I'll definitely go back to see these guys again if I have any further needs for purchasing a vehicle.

Everything went smooth however when I picked up my car the passenger seat was folded al the way back in the lay down position, not sure why.
Pappas Toyota has first class service down pay! They are professional, courteous, and always seem to put the customer first.

Bob Holliday got us our grail Army Green 4Runner. Pretty straightforward purchase, and no “well the manager said...” price shenanigans. I run my own business honestly, and expect the same in return. Bob, Jamie in finance, and Pappas on the whole delivered. This is just the ticket for navigating our 150’ gravel driveway and Walmart parking lot.
