Pappas is one of my very favorite restaurants and I celebrated my Birthday there last night. Dinner was really great as usual - had your Combination Seafood with the Soft Shell Crab - it was fantastic and the scallops were my next favorite. Just a few suggestions: Take about 1/2 lb of the sugar out of the hibiscus lemonade and at least the same out of your cheesecake.
