Ayer estuve en ese lugar no tiene máquina de refrescos donde uno pueda tomar y rellenar los vasos cuánta veces quiera tengo q pedirlo eso incomoda . No te ponen el pan en costillas o cualquier otro plato ... tú tienes q pedirlo ... siempre boy con mis hijos pequeños eso lo ven desde q te piden la orden hasta q pagas y nunca son atentos en darte platitos extras para servirle a mis hijos de 5 , 3, y 2 añitos.. creo y estoy pensando en buscar otra opción

If only we had a Pappas BBQ in north Dallas! We have some good BBQ around but this is as good if not better. Even more their tamales are absolutely outstanding!!! I highly recommend this location and will hope for north Dallas another Pappas BBQ...
I ordered the stuffed baked potato with chopped beef and all the trimmings, this was by far the largest baked potato ever. I loved the trimmings bar, pickles, whole jalapeño, sliced jalapeño, onions, several different kinds of bar-b-que sauces, and etc. did I mention how kind all the staff was, will definitely be back.
There were 7 of us, we all ordered something different (chicken, ribs, brisket, loaded potatoes and sides). We all had more than we could eat. All had either ice cream or pudding and all were full and pleased. The waitress was kind and attentive and took pictures for us. Very pleasant atmosphere and clean. If I’m in the area again will eat with them.
This was the first time we ate at Pappas Bar-B-Q. I had the meat plate. The best thing about this place is that they give you a lot of meat, compared to all of the other places. The only thing I didn't like were the 2 sides (mac & cheese and cole slaw). The mac & cheese was over cooked and watery, and the coleslaw was like just eating cabbage. Did not have very much sauce at all. Bummer, because I was hoping it was great. Oh well, the search continues.
The all you can eat ribs were like beef jerky and tough they also put way to much pepper on them.
I ordered a pulled pork sandwich 3/4 of it was fat no potatoes and this was at Saturday at 7 my wife ordered the platter with the ham the ribs and the pulled pork very small portion all this for $40 not going back to this location
