We just bought a big family pack number 1. I’m not exactly sure what they call it but it’s #1. It comes with a pound of brisket. They didn’t trim the brisket at all. It had quite a bit of fat on it which I guess I paid for as part of the pound I bought. It’s definitely good but already expensive before they fatten up your order.
Ribs and chicken excellent, moist and great flavor, however the sides beans and cucumber salad awful, the baked potato was large enough for 2 people

We picked up meats tonight at curbside pickup and it was delicious! Thank you, Pappas - we will be back again soon. Highly recommend the tender brisket and pulled pork!
I got a quote two days ago for 2 gallons of macaroni and cheese for my daughters graduation party. They told me it was $23.95 a gallon. I just called to place my order and they told me it would be $94.05. They said they only serve it by the half gallon now and that's their new price. Absolutely ridiculous!
