RecommendedWe frequent the drive-thru of Pappas nearly on a weekly basis. They generally provide great service and really good BBQ. Last week they messed up my order, and I didn’t know until I got home. I called to let them know and they sent me a card in the mail compensating me for the mistake. Everyone makes mistakes, but the companies who go back and try to make it right will continually get my business! Thanks to Pappas BarBQ, I don’t have to make dinner every night! ❤️

Just ordered drive-thru and only got 2, 1/2 chicken breasts, 1/2 lb brisket and beans for $38. Had we ordered platters with more food, the cost would have been less.
