I just left Pappas and the manager is extremely nice. My food was wrong and no lie I was real pissed off about it but the manager Felicia was really nice. She have excellent customer service skills and I just don't her to go unnoticed. Thank u Felicia and I will be returning back. ����
I was only in town for a couple days...ate at Roegels barbecue and Pappas. IMO Roegels killed Pappas. The food was average at Pappas...a bit dried out, fatty. If you haven't tried Roegels, do yourself a favor and try it!
The chopped beef sandwich was so tender and so yummy!
Excellent!! Met a Kansas City work colleague there for dinner last night and he raves about the combo plate which we both had! Was my first time there and it came highly recommended by our nearby hotel. Will for sure be returning there in July when I pass through Houston again if not sooner!!
I am not a fan of BarBQ. This place I like. The lady that helped us was amazing. We had a million and one questions. Customer service was on point. Everyone was helpful and polite. Thanks for the great food and service. For sure going back when I visit Houston again!
RecommendedThe BEST BBQ I’ve ever had!!! 😋 Ordered pulled pork sandwich with their sweet bbq sauce. For dessert I enjoyed the best carrot cake ... it was so moist with pineapple and coconut in the batter!! You can even order online and pick up in the drive-thru. ❤️
