I have never been disappointed with pappas ever, but today I was just hurt!!! I order bbq cheese fries and 1/4 lb of sausage. My fries had no cheese and I only received 3 slices of sausage which I know did not amount to 1/4lb. If I wasn't already at work I would've returned to have my order fixed but seriously? No cheese on my fries!?!?!? Ugh...
Not up to the usual standards. Will think twice when choosing next time. For the costs, the staff was less than helpful and food was warm (of the food that was ready at the time we were there). Music was unnecessarily loud as well. Dirty tables and floors as well.
I'm not a huge BBQ person but this is hands down THE BEST BBQ I have ever had. I plan on visiting EVERY time I'm in the Houston area! Highly recommended.
My family and I tried this place and it was good but the BBQ sauce wasn't great that they give on the side. Some of the side items are also unedible like the coleslaw, potato salad, and green beans with huge chunks of onion. The good side that we found was the rice and the macaroni.
