My husband & I went on a Fri night. The place was PACKED. Tons of people waiting. We had been waiting about 10 mins when a waiter walked up & asked if we wanted a booth. It was perfect, he was perfect. He catered to our every need. And answered every question that we had since it was my 1st time there. Our drinks, appetizers, and main course came so FAST. Those cooks are magicians because that place was PACKED. I expected a long wait. Boy was I wrong. We will DEFINITELY be going back soon. Great Birthday experience
Awesome is all I can say! The server was great and was very attentive to the needs of each person in our party
On vacation always love some Pappadeaux but the waiter was ready to get off so he was sloppy with the service , we had to keep asking for bread , silverware just not a good experience tonight�
Great service by Marcus....food was worth the wait
Waited 3 hours to seat our large party on a Sat night. They should take reservations to lesson wait times. Parking was a nightmare. Food and waitstaff were great.
My waiter Randey was the best and made my first experience the so GREAT
The staff was extremely clean cut and put together. She was courteous and attentive to our needs. It was a great first experience.
Pappaddeaux's has the BEST crab cakes EVER!!! The lobster bisque is so phenomenal, that on my quarterly trips through the Dallas Ft Worth airport, I had them pack a quart to bring home!!! It's killer!!!
My server Autum,… took very good care of our party of 15 plus the food was great I hope we showed her the love she deserved, thanks again.
