I celebrated my 50th birthday and was a little disappointed. The food and the waiter were excellent! But we waited over 2 hours after being told it would be a hour and a half! I can't wait until the new one is built in Clayton County. Maybe it will relieve the congestion at the other locations.....
We ate here last night and “Man Oh Man”!!! Our food was off the chain. I ordered the Alaskan crab w/ pasta (Lrg) and my BF ordered the Seafood platter. The Alaskan crab was sooooo good and seasoned to perfection. The legs were huge and tasty�. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself at here! The food and service was ever so lovely�� #Iwillbeback
It was our first time visiting, everything was awesome the drinks and the waitress was spot on very very busy but I think we got our food in a timely manner if ever visiting Georgia again I will definitely come back thanks for the awesome food
We celebrated my husbands birthday here and had a excellent waiter, named Emanuel! He was outstanding. Our appetizers, dinner and desert were excellent. A great evening at a superb restaurant. Thanks.
The BEST of the best! The food is always on point. The employees are very courteous and professional. Customer service is beyond amazing. Lamarrea is the most sweetest phenomenal human being you've ever meet if you just happen to visit the location in Marietta, Ga!
Service was mediocre waited for about 45 minutes to be seated and then we had to run down a hostess to see if we were getting a waiter or waitress finally after 20 minutes a waiter came took our order food came out cold...will not be going back I could have gotten bad service at home in North Carolina
Waited 48 mins for a table. The waitress lacked knowledge of menu items and was assigned to too many tables at once. Also, food was just ok, my son's crawfish boil was served fashionably late- 20 mins after my entree! It did get removed from bill but I was overcharged for a glass of wine but oh well...I enjoyed it the most!! Two tables nearby were experiencing similar issues. One lady never did get her lobster!
Tonight was the worst experience I have every had at Pappadeax. With family coming in from out of town it was embarrassing. The wait was not a problem. I expect to wait for good things. Our service was terrible. The server was incompetent. It took an hour for bar drinks to come out and we never got sodas refilled. One of the people with me never even got her food.
