Great customer service given by waitress Ebonee & great tasting food.
Favorite place to go when in town. Had the worst experience yesterday. Never got call to be seated after an hour and half wait. Got seated after inquiring to find out name hadn’t been writing down. Ran out of appetizer order. Delivered meal with no utensils . Was out of utensils had to wait to wash. (Meanwhile food getting cold) . Got part of my meal that I couldn’t eat with out other part. Another 15 min wait. (Food getting colder) By the time I got it I couldn’t eat it so had to speak to manager. The experience definitely ... read more
Love this restaurant
I really enjoyed my time at Pappadeaux it was my second time there see I live in Houston and I went to Beaumont to be with family and we went out to eat at Pappadeaux the food was really good and the service was awesome the waitress was very good and kind I would Recommend anybody to go in there and enjoy a meal.....The food was very very delicious
Great customer service, the food came out in a timely matter, the food was delicious the crab cakes you just can’t eat 2 of them . Can’t wait to go back again
The place is not what it used to be the service is really falling go to the one on in Alpharetta
The food and wait-staff are incredible! But, the hostesses were a tad busy leaning, judging, eye-rolling at us and flipping their hair to, you know, do their jobs. They’re pretty and better than us so, I guess it’s not necessary?
We just had an awesome dinner with awesome service at the NE LOOP 410 Pappadeaux!!! Many thanks to Kathia, our event planner, and to Justin and all the waitstaff for adding to the merriment of our Family Reunion!
