The food was great. Went on Valentines Day no wait.
The customer service was not that good I think it can be better I've never had a bad experience like that but the food is awesome it takes the place of the bad service that I received but life goes on hopefully they figure it out and get better waiters but the food was awesome
Server and service excellent. Food was brought out in a timely matter. Kristin our server really knows everything about Pappadeaux and was extremely helpful! I will return.
What happened to this location...? The service was substandard and our food wasn't hot at all. Very disappointing. $187 for a bunch of crap we didn't really eat. Please consider new Mgmt for this place because the overall quality used to be top notch at this location.

I had a wonderful experience if you like seafood and a great atmosphere this is a nice place especially to take your significant other and the service was exceptional but make sure that you get there early because they are really popular
