after driving 5 1/2 hours for high school graduation and having a 4 p.m. reservation, we arrived early and sat for over 20 minutes before asking for a manager x2. we left because we never saw a manager or a waiter. we saw others seated after us receive water, alcoholic because and bread as well as orders taken. sorry never have had this bad of service from any pappadeaux location.
