Manager Miles was extremely rude not to mention condescending and aggressive with his tone and demeanor. My recommendation would be that the bartender and management be on the same page. I felt threatened and harassed by Miles. Spending over $300 with this treatment is unacceptable, I will not return!
In my whole life I have never experienced such a bad situation at a restaurant. We waited for over 45 minutes to be seated and then had the worst experience ever!! Our food was delivered late, it was cold, and then they ran out of everything!! No green beans, no dirty rice, no potatoes, not anything! RecommendedWe have celebrated our wedding anniversary for the last several years at Pappadeaux. It has never disappointed us. Last night was year 14. The wife had a 2 pound lobster and I had the seafood platter. Wonderful! The cheesecake was fabulous as well!

ordered food to go. the fried family (with shrimp). the food tasted microwaved. the shrimp was OVERdone. the fries were rubbery like if they were cold, then reheated. my order was supposed to included cheesecake slices and didn't have a anything. when I called the restaurant to advise them, they were handing the phone off one to the other. the final person i spoke with to advise of just the cheesecake, I hadn't eaten my food at that point, didn't sound like she knew what to do.
RecommendedGot a great spot in the back over looking the greenery. The food was good and fast. Took a little to get our waiter to bring our check but overall great experience.
