Called from 2pm til 8 and lines were busy, ended up arriving at the restaurant at 7:30 had to wait 2 hours to be seated. Order food and it was cold and after informing the manager and waiter Tyler neither apologized or offered anything in regards to our concerns. For this restaurant to be upscale it reminded me of Golden Corral.
