Pros:I moved in about 6 months ago. It cost a little more than we would like to pay, but you pay for the area. Very quite, very nice. The master room is very big and the townhome comes with an attached garage with is great.Cons:The property was sold about 2 to 3 months ago. They wont even give you 1-day grace period for rent. We had a leak in the guest bathroom and it took Several calls and personal visit from myself to finally get it fixed. By the way, that took 2 months.
