Can't say I've bought flowers from here before, but can't say I didn't try. Their Google shows they're opened until 8pm, I came at 7:15pm only for the shop to be closed with a note that said to call a number and they'd be back. Called the number, someone picked up and said they're not open because they "ran out of flowers". It's June 11th (a random Thursday), but they said "they could come back" if I got there later. First, when I looked up directions to this flower shop on Apple Maps it said they were permanently closed, but they are not! I ordered flowers for my partner for Valentine’s Day and the bouquet was exactly what I wanted and the arrangement exceeded my expectations. I felt that the number of flowers, vase, and arrangement was well worth the price. My partner absolutely love it ! I will 100% be returning here in the coming years !
The service was really impressive. I called and asked if I could get 2 bouquets within a reasonable budget and within an hour they accommodated and had them ready. This is considering tomorrow is Mother’s Day and there’s a pandemic going on! They were very quick. The spot is tucked away, a little hard to find, but it’s charming anyway. Also, the flowers were gorgeous! And very fragrant.
Great flowers! I needed an arrangement within two days and Papillon was able to deliver a beautiful bouquet, customized to my price point and ready for pick up early. Not cheap but well worth the price tag I think. I'll be back!
I had a disaster with another florist. I called and the people at Papillon saved the day. They were able to deliver my order within 2 hours, and it was late at night. The flowers made my daughter's day! I will definitely use them again. 💐🌺🌼🌹
