RecommendedVery nice expérience. We all really enjoyed. Staff and Levin the pilot were very friendly and professional. Just one advise for next guests : be more precise for pick up at Caesar's Palace. When you re foreigner if you dont have clear instructions before (via email or text for instance), it s super hard to find the shuttle at 6.50 am

Friendly, reasonable and A Most Amazing Trip! Might Have Liked a Little more Time on Canyon Floor, but even a few hours would not have been enough! 😏 Gave Us a real appreciation when we drove to South Rim>
We had a fabulous morning tour with our pilot Rainer. It was a highlight of our 2 week holiday coming from Australia. Great deal and spectacular scenery.

Unless you are fortunate enough to be placed in the front seat of the helicopter the ride is not worth $300.00. I feel like we were ripped off to pay $600 for my husband and I to take a 50 minute ride in the back seat. Additionally, the helicopter pilot flew much slower than we expected. We spent a total of 14 minutes going over a pine forest. Also, there were other nationalities on the flight with us so we got to hover over the Canyon while we listened to two recorded narrations, one in Spanish and the other in English. All... read more

Price was excellent, staff were excellent. Facilities and equipment were comfortable and well maintained. First time in a helicopter and aside from the initial anxiety going up, I had no worries at all. in flight however, the experience was dampened. I was in the middle, and the other flyers frequently blocked views for long periods of time with their cameras and cases while they held their devices off to the side to record and watch the whole ride.
