Gave me and my best friend by far the most incredible experience from start to finish. It was the highlight of our trip and would highly recommend to anyone wanting to book this experience when visiting Vegas. So worth paying the extra $50 to have front row seats next to the pilot too, the views were just incredible! 🏻 thank you Papillon
What a wonderful trip over the Grand Canyon !!!!! Papillon was most helpful working with us and my paraplegic wife. No better view could be had. Our pilot was knowledgeable and entertaining throughout the flight. Eight thumbs up for the crew and staff.
Son una estafa Tuve que cambiar de fecha y me lo negaron aún siendo que no lo dicen los términos y condiciones Solo dice que se puede cancelar y reembolsar 30 días antes pero NO dice que NO se puede cambiar de fecha Aparentemente el problema es que los helicópteros NO son de ellos sino que los contratan a empresas que NO aceptan cambios Nro. Unfortunately the tour we paid for and received was very different to what we had been told and their customer service, including their reservations manager, have been extremely poor in dealing with the issues I brought up with them. They have literally said - quote "you did complete the tour as described." and refused to acknowledge their own staff giving me incorrect information. We had an absolutely amazing day at The Grand Canyon. Our pilot Cameron was excellent and full of knowledge, making our experience special. On our return journey to our hotel we talked to others who flew with Papillon who were also excited with their experiences and variety of the different tours. We would highly recommend Papillon and look forward to coming back and using them again.
Amazing flight! Our pilot Mike was brilliant and made the whole trip a pleasure, can’t recommend these guys enough. Great experience and great value, a MUST do in Vegas :)
