Dieser Anbieter weigert sich nun seit 3 Monaten die rechtzeitig stornierten Tickets zurückzuzahlen. 2 x wurden wir vertröstet und die letzte Mail blieb dann bislang unbeantwortet. Unglaublich wie dreist dieser Anbieter hier mit seinen Gästen umspringt. Erst mal schön abkassieren und anschließend nicht zurückzahlen obwohl die Stornierung korrekt durchgeführt wurde. So handelt also ein vermeintlich seriöser Anbieter von heute nach 50jähriger Marktanwesenheit. Echt ein absolut erbärmliches Bild was da geboten wird.

Sadly, we have to add our names to the long list of people who have been let down by this company. Unlike the cancellation policy, if you cancel 24 hours prior to scheduled departure, you'll have 100 percent refund and no question asked, they ignored our three e-mail and we still waiting the refund.I don't suppose we'll give another chance to this company.
Vor vielen Jahren leider eine Enttäuschung. Nicht damit fliegen!!! Hier bezahlt man für jeden Platz das selbe - egal wo man sitzt und ob man etwas sieht!!

They have not refunded my money worth £350.
What a wonderful experience to fly over the Grand Canyon, Hoover dam & river mead in March 2020. Great scenery and another tick off the bucket list. Paid the extra to have front seats was worth it. Thankyou 👍
