RecommendedFabulous experience with Papillon. Did the afternoon fly with picnic in the canyon and sunset flyover the strip. Dan our pilot was great and although I was very apprehensive about going on a helicopter I can honestly say it’s the best thing ever. Totally overwhelming — with Gary Rowan.

Excellent experience today over the Grand Canyon. Papillon were on time for our pick up, great customer service at the boarding office, awesome experience only made better by our fantastic pilot Josh, so knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend this tour. Thanks so much Papillon!
Excellent experience! A bit expensive, but it's a once in a lifetime event, so it's the right time to splurge a bit! Our pilot was incredible. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and handled the helicopter on a windy day like it was just a gentle breeze. The lunch was more filling than I had thought it would be, and I ended up taking some of the snacks home. We got some great photos too! I wouldn't hesitate recommending this to anyone who wants a memorable visit to the grand canyon.

Estamos muy descontentos con vuestro servicio. La excursión al gran cañón oeste fue muy mal organizada para nosotros. Toda la guía fue en inglés, no nos enteramos de nada, ni siquiera había una persona que hablara español ni un poco, cuando en las características ponía que habría audio en español. No nos enterábamos de cuales eran los horarios ni que teníamos que hacer, ni dónde teníamos que ir, tuvo que traducirnos otro cliente que iba en el bus porque estábamos totalmente solos. Our pilot, Ally, was awesome. She was very informative and fun! The entire experience was worth the money. Everyone was friendly. The limo driver was on time and on our way back to hotel stopped and took some pictures for us. Flight was comfortable and view was breathtaking. Would definitely recommend!
We had a fabulous experience with Papillon. Our pilot was very informative and the view was amazing. We had a cute little champagne lunch after we landed inside the Canyon and the scenery was magnificent. Money well spent.
