RecommendedFriendly, knowledgeable and very helpful staff. Enjoyed a champagne picnic on the Canyon floor and were completely blown away by the absolute beauty of it all! Great tour and good value for money.
What a great tour of the Grand Canyon!!! I took my whole family on this adventure! (Kids 12 and 14) the helicopter ride was AMAZING!!! I definitely recommend this 4 hour trip!!!!! Quick bus ride to the airport.. then onto the helicopter with a champagne lunch included then a bus ride back to our hotel!!!

We had a fantastic trip with Papillon to the Grand Canyon. Brilliant customer service and a superb pilot (Dutch guy).
I was recently in Vegas for my honeymoon and Steve was our pilot for the Grand Canyon tour. He was fantastic! Very thorough with safety instructions and knowledgeable about the local landscape and had some "fun facts" for us. We had a wonderful experience!
One word: EPIC ! super service, super pilot. Lifetime experience!

We had a great day...limo collection fantastic even tho it wasn't the longest drive to papillon office. Very easy check in .. no fuss We had a great pilot called Gracie who made you feel at ease and chatted about the onward trip,we sat behind her and had room to move. Good flight and great landing at canyon,great little lunch package. Due to weather on the way back we had to divert to Boulder City which cut short our flight down the strip and the limo home...we didn't get anything to compensate and felt we didn't get the ful... read more
