RecommendedWe had a great experience! The flight was smooth, the pilot was nice, and everyone in the pre-flight area were very professional. This is an amazing way to see the Canyon. It was beautiful and the perspective from above is the way to see it all.
Angefangen vom pick up beim Hotel bis hin zum check in beim Heli Flughafen war alles super organisiert. Wir waren zu 5 im Helikopter und unser Sohn und ich hatten Glück und wir durften neben dem Pilot sitzen. Es war unser 1. Heliflug und es war eine once-in-the-lifetime Erfahrung. So atemberaubend schön war der Flug über den Hoover Damm und Lake Mead und dann der Flug durch den Grand Canyon. Nur zu empfehlen
not what they claim. we had come to las vegas specially as part of our trip around California to do this trip. they cancelled first filght and offeted us another, then reinstated us to the orginal flight, (so not orginally cancelled for weather reasons) but now we could only make the second flight. ( as we had rearranged our other tour) waited to be picked up and told by driver this flight was also cancelled. Again no reason given. i can understand health and safety wind speed etc. But no communication with customer, nothing... read more
We did Grand Canyon 30 mins flight on 13th of September. The helicopter's door opened TWICE during the flight. Pilot, obviously, cannot land immediately, told us "just hold the door". Up to 10 mins. In general, the technical condition of the helicopter makes me question why it is allowed to fly. On safety part: loved that they showed the same video to all people without paying attention if people can understand it or not (surprise, some tourists do not speak English). Uns wurde zur Hochzeit ein Rundflug über den Grand Canyon geschenkt. Nach dem man sämtliche Hotels in Vegas angefahren hatte, um andere Fluggäste abzuholen war man dann nach ca. 2 Stunden am Flughafen, zu dem man eigentlich ca. 30 Minuten bräuchte, würde man denn selber fahren. Vor Ort gab es nun erstmal die übliche Sicherheitseinweisung und nochmal 30 Minuten Wartezeit.
