After booking with you guys from Australia and spending a $1000 on a trip to the canyon we didn’t get to go on. Your pre historical booking service when you have to confirm your trip is so 1970s is crazy. When you book a airline flight do you have to confirm that ??? NO you don’t. Then to be told you could fit us in the next day for a flight because we didn’t get on the original one. We get all the way out there on the bus only to be told we couldn’t get on that one either because you sold our stand by tickets. No wonder the... read more
Had a great experience with Papillion, booked in the UK prior to our holiday. Checked in 24 hours before from the hotel, bus picked us up as planned and the whole experience was great, Dora the pilot was very informative, very glad we decided to do the picnic landing as this added to the experience. Would highly recommend.
