Anytime we need our forklifts serviced Pape is the first ones we call. Usually has a service tech out to us within 24 hours. Highly recommend!!
My experience with Pape, I have had the privilege of dealing with just about every department, the few that stand are the ladies at the front desk great customer service. The second is Parts there have been some turnover but even being left by himself for a while Juan has done an amazing job, timing quote always communicates feedback and updates on orders. it has been awesome watching this young man grow into his roll at Pape. Johnny is also awesome great leadership qualities. Team Pasco Rocks
Needed a last minute Rental late in the afternoon for a job we were doing. Steve answered and took care of us! Rental was delivered quickly! Any time you need a rental no matter the time they will deliver in a pinch!! Don’t hesitate and give them a call!!
