She didn't take my case seriously from start and not treated my uti infection properly that became causa of my miscarriage i m very disappointed with her
Incredibly kind and compassionate. She listens to you, asks appropriate questions and prescribes medications when necessary I loved her first time I met her and love her just as much today, MANY years later.
Complained of pain, fever, redness, swelling and discharge at 1 week post op visit for C section. Dr De la Cruz looked at the incision site, agreed that it was red and told me to use hydrogen peroxide on a cotton pad to wipe it clean. Two days later fluid rushed down my leg. The incision was horribly infected. It had to be opened back up to drain! I’m currently 8 weeks PO and the wound is STILL open. Very rude doctor. She never listen to you. I don't recommend her.
The keepers I don’t usually leave reviews but decided to since I saw a few bad ones. I’ve seen plenty of OBGYNs in the past, I’m very picky, and if I don’t feel good about a doctor, I’ll go to another, until I find the right fit and someone I’m comfortable with. I moved up here from Georgia in 2016, and originally saw a NP at the same office, and she was okay. But then I had to get a biopsy after many abnormal paps, and Dr. De La Cruz performed it. Very rude doctor. Answers your questions like you’re stupid and in a condescending tone. Doesn’t even listen to your questions fully before having a rude answer that doesn’t make any sense. Doesn’t care about patient concerns or questions, just doing this for a paycheck, its clear. Not a pleasant experience having her as my doctor and I know off of many visits because this isn’t the first time seeing her. Literally left me in tears after seeing her. Looking forward to finding an overall pleasant OBGYN after this baby comes!
My mom, who speaks little English, went to see Dr. Papa for an issue. Dr Papa never read any of her records and was yelling at my mom when my mom couldn't explain why her primary doctor sent her to see Dr Papa. She was very rude to my mom and kept talking down to her. My mom is 75 years old and very sweet. I didn't think I needed to take the day off since I wrote all the information down for the doctor. My mom called me from the office and she was rude and mean to me also. I would never go back!
This was the worst Dr's appt I've ever had. The clinic bathroom was out of order so I had to walk down the hall with my urine sample -gross. The ultrasound techs were RUDE! After the ultra sound, I sat in a freezing cold exam room for 45 mins waiting for someone to come talk to me. I made it very clear to the Dr. I did not want to be on birth control. She couldn't tell me what was wrong with me, but she was confident I needed to go on birth control. Just another Dr handing out unnecessary meds.
