Listened to all my concerns. I never felt rushed. She is very gentle & informs you of every move.
Always makes time to see you an emergency and listens to you with out rushing out the door
Dr Delacruz is wonderful. She is very thorough and thoughtful in everything she does. I don’t feel rushed out of the office. She is very professional. I’m very happy she’s my doctor.
She forgot to check my child heart rate, mistakenly took me as her patient when I specifically asked not to be with her because she is short and doesn’t want not answer questions and seems like she doesn’t want to help. She pushes her personal opinions on me and is just negative. Said my baby wouldn’t turn and she did. I don’t want her anywhere near me or my baby.
Informative and caring
I felt disrespected and unsupported during my recent visit. When I asked about my blood test results, I was told to 'check the portal.' After mentioning that some results were marked 'out of range' and asking if I should be concerned, the response was, 'You cannot interpret test results, just check the note.' This felt dismissive and unhelpful.I also asked a simple question about travel recommendations due to an upcoming school residency, and was told, 'I do not have any recommendation. I have seen Dr. De La Cruz many times and appreciate her care and positive outlook.
I thought she was insensitive and rude. I would not go back to see her.
Dr. Delacruz is fantastic, friendly. I’ve been with her for many years and I don’t have no negative feed back. I highly would recommend her. I see her once a year but we reconnect like two old friends, she is easy to talk to. She greets me with a smile every single time I see her. Great service from her.
