Dr. Delacruz is fantastic, friendly. I’ve been with her for many years and I don’t have no negative feed back. I highly would recommend her. I see her once a year but we reconnect like two old friends, she is easy to talk to. She greets me with a smile every single time I see her. Great service from her.

I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a medical facility. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was being treated like a burden rather than a patient. The medical assistant was extremely unprofessional and rude. She looked visibly irritated and tired—which I understand, long shifts happen—but that’s not an excuse to take it out on patients. Very incompetent and forces you on practices with the outlook to collect more money from the insurance. I advise you against visiting this so called doctor. You may leave her office upset, frustrated and stressed. Go someplace else to an actual doctor that is ready and open to listen to your concerns and preferences.

I went into the hospital for labor & met her once I close to delivering my baby. She kept pushing me to take medication that I did not want to or else I would into emergency c-section. Then after my body couldn’t deliver my baby and I decided to do the c-section she was rubbing it in my face that I should have taken the medication earlier. She was rude, didn’t respect my wishes. Would never recommend her.

I am in my third trimester-38 weeks. Dr DelaCruz has no time to listen to your questions and will respond sarcastically when you ask questions. I had asked her about different birthing positions and that I didn’t want to deliver my baby lying on my back. She said you will be on an epidural so you won’t feel anything and you have to deliver your baby lying down. This doctor is so arrogant and rude to us. She was not even listening to our questions and just saying what she needed to say. She did not address us, not even provide us any details. We’re not answering to anything what we ask and addressing us as darling and honey with sarcastic tone as if she was laughing at us on our questions. Stay away from this lady.

She did my csection 12 years ago and I still think about how awful it was. She acted like I wasn't even there, didn't say anything or tell me what she was doing. She was chit chatting about her weekend with the nurses during my csection birth. She does not care about you. All other appointments were awful as well. short answers or no explanations. Do Not Use This Dr.
