They suck we ordered online and it said 30 min and when we got there after 45 they hadn’t even started it and they tried to give me attitude when I said it should have been done and tried to argue with me . The sad part is they do all the walk-ins before online or call-ins it’s Pathetic I will never order pizza there never again And I advise anybody who wants to get pizza from there don’t do it go on the stocking gift from one of the Papa Murphy’s there the one in Lodi is ran by stupid people that don’t understand the concep... read more

You place an order and they mess up and they want you to pay for it !! What happened to customer service these days. � use to spend lots of money there for pizza for party's but no more!! You lose over a dollar fifty. Just baked pizza and pulled it out covered in grease. No more pizza from here again
Thanks you for forgetting one of 4 toppings on a standard menu item. Thank you also for being irritated when I called. Thank you for not offering a percentage off or maybe a free cheesy bread for the inconvenience of having to come all the way back down there. Thanks for the bad attitude and making our decision to not come back easy
Bad attitudes answering the phone had all the girls rolling their eyes as if it was back breaking to take an order,making rude comments customers could overhear Any harder a job and they seem as they would break...........sad
