Wanted to try their new pan pizza. Crust on edges, good. Crust on bottom? Non-existent. Literally consistency of a wet/oily soft sponge; softer than a Tostino's out the microwave!
I understand that fast food is not meant to be exceptional; however, when a customer pays for a prepared meal, it should offer either convenience or a level of execution that justifies choosing it over cooking at home.
