You need to get the cheese sauce for ur bread sticks!
Pizza was OK. Hubby called and ordered the pizza at 4PM so before dinner rush. Was told it would take 30 minutes to deliver, an hour later it showed up. At this point based on the reviews they should know that inaccurate wait/delivery times is what is causing them problems and they should be attempting to remedy this. If it is going to be an hour, say it will be an hour.
Went in the store ordered a small cheese and a large pepperoni and I specially said lg 14" wound up with a 10" and no dipping sauce that I paid extra for. The till people need to pay more attention to the costumer sand less to there friends
We ordered online at 7:20pm. Tried calling twice but it went to a busy signal after quite a few rings. I see you just opened but it was so very disappointing. We didn't get the pizza till 9:40. That's 140 min., even though the email confirmation said 80 min. I guess we won't be using you again for quite some time. The delivery driver was very pleasant at least.
Awful! Ordered online for carry out and they said it'd be 45-50mins and it's been over an hour and a half and still waiting. I understand they're busy beings they just opened but don't open if you aren't prepared and ready to keep up with the orders. Ridiculous!
Kudos to you Papa Johns!! Ordered delivery the first day they opened and got it fresh and hot at my door within half an hour. That is amazing! Will be ordering again soon!
