Customer service is poor. After waiting 1.5 hours they call and say they can't deliver. Pizza is cold by the time I drive to get what I paid to have delivered. ....Major disappointment!

You had one job. When does a double pepperoni with extra cheese equal a supreme. Failed!
The first week or so the pizzas were good but now that they ha e a customer base it seems they just want to let their quality slide because people will go anyway. Ordered a pizza over the weekend and wanted it well done for the crispy cheese but I get it and the cheese wasn't even cooked there were still shreds of.unmelted cheese. I will be sticking to dominos and little Caesar's.
Who stops making pizzas at 3 in the afternoon? Oh ya papa johns does, ridiculous.
Ordered online ahead of time and requested a delivery for noon. 1pm I call and ask where my pizza is and was told it's out for delivery. Here it is 2:15pm and still no pizza. Pretty much sticking with Domino's now.
