Ordered a delivery (paid online) that never arrived. Talked to the manager, Tyler, who said the drivers don’t come to the door Incase we are armed! Total nonsense. When my husband drove to pick it up, it was on the counter and cold. Paid 60$ to be insulted for cold pizza. Nice jobs guys 🤦🏻♀️
2nd time I've ordered the 4 drinks for $5 and only got two of them. And they never Chicago cut it like I ask, that isn't a big deal but constantly missing things is what is irritating.
We ordered food at 1:30 pm. Here we sit at 3:31pm. Still no pizza, we were called an hour ago explaining the order was done incorrectly and the food would be sent out to us with 10-15mins and here we still sit. Unacceptable. Manager was spoken with and was not able to provide valid reasoning. Will NOT be returning anytime soon.
Thank you for not delivering our food to the hospital for starving nurses and still charging my card! You couldn't even call to say we aren't bringing you your food.
Disappointed. Ordered online, email said 30-40 minutes. Called after 45 min and was still on the make line. Canceled order and went elsewhere
Just saw your delivery driver doing 45 mph plus down the frontage road in front of Champs Bar. I know he was going that fast because I was on the highway doing the speed limit and he passed me easily. Driving like an ass.
