Got the shaq pizza tonight and it was spoiled and they said I was lying and fight with me over a refund after I drove the pizza back 10 mins after it was delivered. the manager was a real jerk and has no customer service skills whatsoever. Why would I pay $3.50 for delivery tip $4 waste $3 in gas just to lie about it being no good food is absolutely disgusting never again will I order from papa Johns pizza
not slow service absolutely no service. I waited an hour and a half for my pizza. when I called them the worker who answered the phone copped an attitude when he said he messed up my number and they couldnt call me so they voided my order. this is absolutely unacceptable given the fact that all phones have caller ID nowadays. tell me again how you didnt have my phone number... do not do not do not order from this group of people they dont care to do their job properly.
Manager was rude. Said “she had multiple runs” like it was okay that we paid for this. we were told we had to wait another hour and half before we could get a pizza, or get credit. When we asked for our credit the manager gave us a quick“mhm” then hung up. TRASH.
$13 for a pizza plus delivery for a plain cheese pizza - ridiculous! The quality was mediocre - garlic butter sauce cup was busted in the box, no parm cheee or peppers provided. There was so much red sauce the crust was soggy. We ordered this for our kids and sitter and went out to dinner and paid $12 for a gourmet pizza at a restaurant that was way better than Papa Johns deliver and less $.
Worst customer service ever. Waited 1.5 hours then they delivered 1 wrong pizza out of 3. I called to have it replaced and not only was the first employee rude the manager wanted to argue with me and my order isnt being replaced not that I would allow my family to eat it after how i was spoken to.
I placed an online order for a company lunch, it was a large order totally about $120. It took almost 2 hours to get here, the driver DID NOT have a mask on, no quality seal stickers were on any of the boxes, and no marinara sauce with the 3 boxes of cheeses sticks we ordered. I called and asked for the manager, I spoke with Stephanie, expressed my complaints and she had nothing to say but I'm sorry I will have a talk with my driver. I normally don't mind this store but 3 hours for delivery tonight and being told by the manager that" it would get there when it gets there" is unnecessary.
High probability of ordering your Pizza twice here. A correct order is a total gamble at this location.
How y’all gonna send my order, and not put garlic sauce with my philly papadia? Then when I call, no answer cause y’all closed.
