I placed an order online as I always do. Because it was the last night of the World Series, your location was incredibly busy. There were customers waiting, getting their order and leaving as I stood there. I was as patient as could be. Drivers delivered and came back for more, as I still stood there. If I didn't have to put I star I wouldn't have.. Every time I order they're so rude and non professional. But I'm hungry...
Ordered 4 pizzas at 4:15 pm , told us and hour for delivery, we called at 5:40 they said pizzas just went out for delivery . At 6 pm they called said our order was a pick up and pizzas no good would have to order more and had already paid with credit card !
Incompetent management... poor quality, ( cold food ) incorrect orders...management was suppose to issues credit and never got put on account... my company does thousands of dollars a year with this company in general... will not go back....very dirty store as well...
We ordered 3 pizzas tonight and had family over. They were not as good as they usually are. We think you should bring back the Cheeseburger Pizza. We have been ordering one every week for the last month and were hooked on them. Why stop making something that made so many people happy. I think the customer is always right. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!! They cancelled our delivery with out our consent, they said the delivery guy called us and came to our house and no one was home and no one had called or went to our house and we waited HOURS for our pizza that had been cancelled with out our permission. Never again.
So I ordered pizza online and paid with a card when they came she looks at the receipt instansty says was I late or anything wrong no why cause u didn't tip that's freaking embrassing and rude I can't believe that...
