They had told us our food was ready for pick up and had us waiting forever. told us it was ready. it wasn't ready, had us wait over an hour on bread sticks while our pizza got cold. ACTUALLY gave us the cold pizza when the HOT bread sticks came out. poor time management. didn't.even try to keep our food hot. poor service. poor time management. not sure if I even will come back. severely unhappy. I did get my money refunded, but still not happy with this experience. 👎

Received our pizza and immediately after opening found a long black/brown hair. Called to speak with someone and a guy answered the phone. I asked if someone was working with long black/brown hair. He answered with someone over 16? I said it again and reiterated that I don’t care how old they are. He then said yeah I guess. I then said well you should tell them to wear a hair net since I just found hair in my food. All he said was ok I will yell at them. I can’t believe the customer service I just received!

Every time I Order delivery from this location they are late. This past time I received an email stating it would be 27-37 minutes. After multiple attempts to call the store, and being told I’m lying that I wasn’t told 27-37 minutes I got my food 1 hour and 30 minutes late. All of it was cold and the boxes were soaked with grease. I love papa johns, but I will go out of my way to order from any other store other than this one. Very disappointed.
I picked up my pizza today and the employee that was making the pizzas came over to wait on me and ring out my order. After doing so, I was disgusted to see that he then went back to making the pizzas without washing his hands. He was tossing the dough around his dirty, unwashed hands. This is enough to make me never return to this location. Please train your employees in proper hand-washing techniques.
Anyone who know me knows I DO NOT EVER post anything like this however I am extremely Pissed!!!! I ordered Papa Johns pizza at 5:27 tonight. Since then they have been to my house 3 different times. First delivering me someone else's order. I called and they said oh sorry we will expidite your order. Another hour later delivered part of my order and again someone else's order. Pizza was cold! This is the 2nd time I've ordered from here online and for delivery. It took 2 hrs each time, and the staff answering the phone when I called were rude! Will not be ordering here ever again!!!
