Our pizza was an hour later than they promised and ice cold. I called to tell them but they put me on hold for several minutes. Last time I order from them.
Recommendedthey have great coupons and never have I waited too long for delivery, maybe on football sunday during a game it took almost an hour
House flies, Fruit flies, mice, maggots, slow service, you name it, Papa Gino's has it!
haven't been there yet hear its great Pizza
just called 4 times and on hold for 7 minutes and disconnected all 4 times!! I can understand if it's busy a slight wait time but rude just to keep disconnecting!! See ya,too many Pizza places to accept that kind of treatment!!
Never the same staff, horrible service. Loud music, can't hear yourself think..... To many issues.
8:30 on a Monday and its 2 hours for a delivery......
What the hell is wrong with the owners of this location?? The service has been HORRIBLE for a very, very, very long time. The food is now going downhill too.. Also, every time I've called in the past 6 months or so, I've been told that it will be at least - at least - an hour for delivery - EVERY TIME! So then, instead of waiting all that time, I'd just end up going to pick it up, only to find that there was practically no one there that would justify the absurdly long delivery time. This location needs to shape up, or close... read more
We ordered food for delivery. When the food got here, it was so cold. Currently putting my pizza and wings in the oven. Not happy at all.
