Darron and Chris in the parts department are super awesome and helpful everytime I call, email or just stop in. I would recommend going in and talking with one of these guys for any of your Kenworth parts needs

I dealt with two service clerks while buying a fuel cap for my truck. The first guy brought a cap to me and told me the price was over $130 just as his portly co-worker approached. The first clerk then let me know there might be one at a lower price. He retrieved the cheaper fuel cap, gave it to his partner, and asked if he could complete the sale. As soon as you walk in the door here, you know that you're going to be taken care of I met Crystal at the reception desk and she knew exactly who I was coming in and what I needed to get done, from there, Jon in the service department assured me that I would be taken care of, he kept me informed at each step of the way. Parts are on the way, and I am a priority for getting repaired and out the door. They are open from 7 AM until 11 PM. on weekdays.
