My family has been customers of Paolucci Jewelers for several years. We have always been very happy with the jewelry we purchase. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They have beautiful jewelry and a nice variety. I highly recommend going to Paolucci!
I went in with my wife to pick out a wedding band for myself. The staff made the process very seamless that I went back to pick up a necklace that caught my wife's attention on our first visit. Tom is a stand up guy and I highly recommend this place!
heard they charged someone $15 to size a watch that THEY COULD NOT SIZE- as they didn't have what they needed to size it correctly. Maybe they should have told them that before they charged LABOR to start something they couldn't finish.......

We sincerely apologize. Brand new watches that are not purchased from us may be a little more difficult to do; we never know how the watch will cooperate until we actually start taking links out. Our standard price for a watch adjustment is always $15 if the watch was not purchased from us. It gets extremely hectic during holiday season, and we offered to reduce the price since the job was not completed to the customer's request.
